Brooks to Host US Service Academy Night

On Sunday, October 23, from 2:00 until 4:0 PM US Representative Mo Brooks (R-Huntsville) will host a US Service Academy Information Night. Representatives from the US Military Academy, US Naval Academy, US Air Force Academy, US Merchant Marine Academy and the US Coast Guard Academy will be present. In addition to interacting with representatives from the academies, interested students and parents will have the opportunity to hear about the Congressional nomination process.

Congressman Brooks wrote, “I need your help getting the word out! This Sunday, October 23rd, I’ll be joining representatives from the five US service academies in hosting the 2016 Academy Day for all high school students interested in a service academy appointment. Representatives from West Point, the Naval Academy, the Air Force Academy, the Coast Guard Academy, and the Merchant Marine Academy will be available to answer questions and share information about their institutions. Please SHARE and TAG any interested high school students from #AL05.”

On Sunday Congressman Mo Brooks and US Service Academy representatives are inviting high school students and their parents in the 5th Congressional District who are interested in applying for a US Service Academy. The event will be at the Madison Academy Cafeteria from 2:00-4:00PM.

Students, parents, counselors and school officials are invited to attend.

Congressman Mo Brooks represents the Fifth Congressional District.
