Staff Report

Mobile – Albert Lipscomb (R – Magnolia Springs) former three term Alabama State Senator and Baldwin County Commissioner will qualify for Alabama’s First Congressional District. Lipscomb will resign from the Baldwin County Board of Registrars prior to qualifying.
