Stephanie Manning to announce candidacy for Limestone County Commission

Manning is a social worker and serves on the executive board of the Alabama chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.

Limestone County social worker Stephanie Manning today is set to announce her candidacy for the Limestone County Commission’s District 3 seat. 

Manning, a graduate of Huntsville Christian Academy, earned a bachelor’s of arts in psychology from the University of Alabama and a master of social work from Tennessee State University, according to a press release. 

Manning serves on the executive board of the Alabama chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and is a member of the association’s legislative committee. 

“Stephanie Manning is a passionate, young professional looking to use a social service approach to help improve Limestone County,” the press release states. “Stephanie wants to ensure that all of the Limestone County districts will benefit from North Alabama’s vast growth, not just a few.”
