Senator Steve Daines, R-Montana, former chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, endorsed Congressman Barry Moore for U.S. Senate on Wednesday.

“Barry Moore is a conservative who gets things done. He’s the kind of steady leader we need in the Senate,” Daines said. “I’m proud to endorse him and look forward to working together to advance President Trump’s agenda. President Trump is building the American Golden Age, and Barry will be a fitting successor to my friend Senator Tuberville. He’ll stand with us to shrink government, lower taxes, and grow the economy for working families.”

“I’m honored to have Senator Daines’s support,” Moore said. “As NRSC Chairman, he led our party to take back the Senate. As a Senator, he’s been a tireless advocate for freedom and economic prosperity. If elected, I will join him in that fight.”

Daines chaired the NRSC from 2023–2024, winning four Senate seats and flipping the upper chamber for the GOP—the largest Republican Senate gain in a presidential election year since 1980.
