Sewell to host “Terri Talks” virtual discussion on MLK Day

Today at 11 a.m. CST, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell, AL-07, will host a Terri Talks virtual discussion entitled “Keeping the Dream Alive: Continuing the Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.”

Joining Rep. Sewell will be Dr. Charles Steele, Jr., President and CEO of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) and longtime Civil Rights leader. Together, they will discuss the significance of Dr. King’s legacy and the work that must be done to keep his dream alive. The conversation will be streamed live on Rep.
