Manufacture Alabama has announced its endorsement of Tommy Tuberville for governor.

“Manufacture Alabama seeks to endorse pro-business candidates who will advocate on behalf of manufacturers in Alabama. Coach Tuberville values the impact of manufacturing and has emphasized his commitment to work with our association and member companies as our next governor,” said Jon Barganier, president of Manufacture Alabama. “Coach has the work ethic and vision to ensure Alabama has the workforce, infrastructure and energy required for manufacturing to thrive in the great state of Alabama.”

The organization said that Tuberville has had the opportunity to visit with many of the member companies to discuss their challenges and learn more about their needs.

Manufacture Alabama said they are proud to stand with Tuberville and support his bid for governor.

“I’m grateful for Manufacture Alabama’s support of my campaign,” said Tuberville. “When I was a small business owner, I saw firsthand how high taxes, over-the-top regulations, and rising costs can impact your bottom line. President Trump is creating a manufacturing renaissance in this country, and we have to make sure Alabama is first in line. As your next governor, I will get rid of unnecessary red tape, lower taxes, reduce wasteful spending, and work with President Trump to create an economic boom in the Yellowhammer State.”
