Ahead of the August 26, 2025 municipal elections across Alabama, the League of Women Voters of Alabama has launched the nonpartisan election resource Vote411.org/LWVAL for voters in 100 cities.
This “one-stop shop” for election information provides voters in covered Alabama cities with simple, accessible tools to help them navigate the voting process. VOTE411 provides candidate information, voter registration details, links to polling place locations, and other helpful election information for all voters in Alabama and nationwide. Additionally, voters can select whether to see the information presented in English or Spanish.
A list of cities covered by Vote411 for the 2025 Municipal Elections is available here.
Vote411 coverage includes over 1200 candidates in 500+ city election races. For the 375+ candidates with available email addresses, they were invited to participate in a survey. For those who responded, survey results are available at Vote411.org/LWVAL.
“The League of WomenVoters of Alabama is pleased to provide this important, nonpartisan resource to voters in these Alabama cities,” said Kim Bailey, League of Women Voters of Alabama. “We encourage voters to visit VOTE411.org/LWVAL to make a voting plan so they are prepared to cast their vote confidently on Election Day!”
