Gov. Ivey announces appointments to various agencies and boards

Ivey named appointees to various state commissions, including new members for the Port Authority, Forestry Commission and Women’s Commission.

Last week, Gov. Kay Ivey announced more appointments to multiple commissions and boards.

Those appointments can be found listed below.

  • Port Authority: Mr. Tony Cochran, Dr. Patricia Sims, The Honorable Sandy Stimpson
  • Forestry Commission: Mr. Thornton Stanley, Mr. Jamestican Parham
  • Alabama Construction Industry Craft Training Board: Mr. Brad Avery, Mr. Kenneth Todd
  • Board of Registration for Foresters: Mr. Cedric Hudson
  • Veteran’s Affairs Board: Mr. Jeffrey Fisher
  • Restriction of Youth Access to Tobacco Advisory Board: Mr. Zack Wilson
  • Women’s Commission: Ms. Jay Lamar
