Fairhope to host State of the City Expo on Jan. 29

Mayor Sherry Sullivan will highlight 2025 accomplishments and share Fairhope’s 2026 vision, followed by an interactive expo with city department leaders.

The city of Fairhope is inviting residents to attend the State of the City Expo on Thursday, January 29, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Fairhope Civic Center. Mayor Sherry Sullivan will present her annual State of the City address, highlighting accomplishments from the past year and sharing a vision for Fairhope’s future.

Following the mayor’s remarks, the expo will feature an interactive, open-house-style format where attendees can visit with representatives from each city department.

Departments will host individual tables to showcase their services and discuss priorities and goals for 2026.

Designed to be welcoming and conversational, the event encourages residents to ask questions, learn more about city operations and engage directly with city leadership.

Guests can also enjoy a light dinner and take part in giveaways throughout the evening.
