Bowman Appears to Accuse Aderholt of Being Homosexual

Staff Report

MONTGOMERY—In what may be consider a new low in politics State Representative Dan Boman (D-Sulligent) appears to be accusing US Congressman Richard Aderholt (R-Haleyville) of being a homosexual.

On Boman’s FaceBook page he writes, “Who would you vote for on Novemeber (SIC) 6, 2012 between the following two candidates: 1) A republican who is a homosexual who has a voting record of voting AGAINST ALL homosexual legislation. Further, this particular homosexual congressman has ALL homosexuals working on his congressional staff OR 2) A democrat who is a straight male, but has no voting record for or against homosexual legislation.

While not naming the veteran congressman Boman’s it seems clear that is who he is making reference too.
Boman’s accusations are not only against not only Aderholt but also is entire staff.

We contacted Aderholt and they have yet to respond. Bowman says he will be releasing a press statement today.
