​Friday, December 8, 2017 K. A. Paul endorsed GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore on Friday.

Paul called upon all Republicans including Mitt Romney, John McCain, independents and blue dog democrats to vote for Moore.

“The events going on in the Alabama Senate race are watched by tens of millions in the world who are wondering if Americans will judge a man based on 40-year old allegations or send a message to the nation’s leaders that people are considered innocent until proven guilty in America,” Paul said.

It’s funny to me who we shun in Alabama.

That thought crossed my mind Tuesday afternoon as I watched a bunch of the shunned hold a rally on the Capitol steps to speak out against Roy Moore — one of the biggest shunners on the planet.

The rally wasn’t hosted by your “normal Alabamians.”

There was lots of pink and purple hair. Jewelry was inserted into pretty much every spot on people’s heads except their ears. Collectively, there was probably more money spent on tattoos than I spent on my house.

The same men quick to judge Bentley rush to Roy Moore’s defense

The allegations facing U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore are not Alabama’s first experience with alleged sexual improprieties among the state’s top brass. The reaction, however, is much different from the two men who led the charge against former Gov. Robert Bentley when he was accused of having an affair with a top adviser.

On Thursday, hours after the Washington Post’s bombshell article published, accusing Moore of sexual misconduct with a 14-year-old girl in 1979, State Auditor Jim Zeigler spoke with the Washington Examiner, invoking Jesus and the Bible in defense of Moore.

Other Than Angry White Men, Who Really Can Justify Supporting Donald Trump?

I know why Angry White Men support Donald Trump. They’re afraid they won’t be the majority anymore. And they won’t. Angry White Men, by the way, aren’t just White Men. They can be African-Americans. Women. Other minorities.

The “Angry White Men” tag is an attitude, not a race. Yes, most are, sincerely, Angry White Men. But there are women. And there are Latinos and African-Americans. OK. Not many, but some. But mostly, literally Angry White Men, who are afraid that at mid-century, they’ll be in the minority, and they don’t like that.
