The Alabama Farmers Federation has endorsed Kelly Mooney for District 3 of the Alabama State School Board. The district covers all of Bibb, Chilton, Coosa, Elmore and Shelby counties along with portions of Jefferson, Montgomery and Talladega counties.

Mooney and her husband, State Rep. Arnold Mooney, have been married 41 years and have three married children and 11 grandchildren. They are active members of Meadow Brook Baptist Church where Mooney has served on multiple committees.
