Mobile County Republican Party to host 21 candidates on Monday

The Mobile County Republican Party is set to host 21 political hopefuls at its quarterly meeting.

The Mobile County Republican Party announced it will host 21 candidates on Monday, January 5, 2026 at their quarterly meeting.

The location will be at The Grand Hall, 3556 Halls Mill Road in Mobile. A “Meet and Greet” time will be held from 5–6 p.m., with the meeting and 12 speakers beginning at 6 p.m.

Scheduled to speak and their respective races:

  • U.S. Senate: Morgan Murphy, Rodney Walker
  • U.S. House, 1st Congressional District: Joshua McKee, Austin Sidwell
  • Attorney General: Pamela Casey, Katherine Robertson
  • Secretary of State: Andrew Sorrell
  • Auditor: Derek Chen, Joshua Pendergrass
  • Public Service Commission: Jeremy Oden
  • Mobile County Sheriff: Paul Burch, Paul Prine

The public is invited to attend. Refreshments will be served.
