Terri Sewell to host Conecuh, Monroe counties meet and greets

The stops will give voters in newly added parts of the 7th District a chance to share local concerns.

Rep. Terri Sewell speaks at a Birmingham City Schools event.

On Monday, October 12, Congresswoman Terri A. Sewell will host two meet-and-greet events in Conecuh and Monroe counties, which are part of Alabama’s newly redrawn 7th Congressional District.

As Sewell campaigns for reelection, these events will provide an opportunity for her to meet with voters, hear directly from community members and local leaders and learn more about the issues affecting families in these newly added parts of the district.

“Representing the people of Alabama’s 7th Congressional District has always meant listening to the voices of the communities I serve,” Sewell said. “As I work to earn the support of voters across our newly drawn district, I look forward to visiting Conecuh and Monroe Counties, meeting with residents, and hearing directly about the issues that matter most to them and their families.”
